Today I had jewelry shoot for Jessica Magazine here in Hong Kong. The pieces were big time labels like BVLGARI and CHANEL. Thus I was bling-ed out to the max in the best way possible. But my most favorite PIECE I got to wear were live beetles. AHhhh!!!! They are amazing creatures, so gentle and docile. Initially, I admit I was a littlecreeped out by them. They are all prickly and furry. I had never encountered on a personal level such large insects in my life. I became so comfortable with them I eventually had them crawling all over my skin and in my hair and I loved every second of it. I can't wait to see the shots. Here are some quick snaps I took on set today.
Other than that, everything is going well. It is a bit slow for jobs and castings here, but it is expected to pick up mid June. To pass the time I stay low key, just reading books, wandering the streets and cooking is good enough for me. Hong Kong is very beautiful.

yeah, looking back i don't know how i did it.
freaky. i was in my zone. lol. and to think, i still run from cockroaches... but they move faster.
